Job responsibilities will include all phases of litigation including:DiscoveryLaw and MotionDepositionsCourt AppearancesDrafting of Client ReportsMedical Record ReviewsMeeting with ExpertsTrial PreparationTrial AssistancePrevious experience in insurance defense a plus. Desirous attributes include strong communication skills (written and oral), superior legal acumen, independent thinking, the ability to manage a large and complex caseload while being an effective team player, and capable of driving cases forward.
