Our client, a well-established real estate title and settlement services company, is seeking a motivated Settlement Attorney to support its growing regional operations.
This client-facing role combines residential real estate settlements, operational support, relationship management, and business development. The attorney will conduct closings, advise team members on title and settlement matters, maintain existing client relationships, and develop new business through relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other industry professionals.Qualifications• J.D. and active Virginia Bar membership
• Residential real estate, title, or settlement experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills
• Interest and demonstrated ability in business development
• Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and collaborative personality
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the regional footprint
