(NEW) DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL – LITIGATION WANTED FOR INSURANCE BROKERAGE (Los Angeles or Remote) – Our client, a rapidly growing national insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced litigator to build and lead a new litigation function.
This attorney will oversee restrictive covenant, errors and omissions, and contractual disputes from initial assessment through resolution, arbitration, or trial. The role will also advise leadership on competitive hiring, dispute avoidance, contract enforcement, and litigation risk.Qualifications:• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Significant restrictive covenant experience
• Hands-on experience obtaining or defeating TROs and preliminary injunctions
• Strong courtroom and outside counsel management experience
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
