A well-established Monmouth County, New Jersey general litigation law firm has an opportunity for a litigation attorney to join our busy law firm. The candidate must be able to “hit the ground running” and must be able to handle cases from intake to verdict or settlement, must be able to draft self-created documents including but not limited to correspondence, pleadings, discovery, motions and arbitration memorandum and must be extremely thorough, organized, attention to detail and computer literate. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage and handle a volume of cases, must possess the ability to work in a team environment and must possess the ability to communicate well with clients, other law firms and court personnel. 4-6 years litigation experiences preferred.
